Australia wide postage is flat rate.

Standard Shipping: $10.50 (5+ business days)

Express Shipping: $14.50 (1-3 business days)

We currently ship to New Zealand, United States and Canada at a flat rate.
 

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: $18 (5+ business days)

Express Shipping: $31 (3-5 business days)

 

US & Canada
Standard Shipping: $22 (5-9 business days)

Express Shipping: $35 (3-6 business days)​

Returns & Exchanges

All of our film is valid, within expiry dates, unless otherwise specified. We store all of our stock refrigerated, ensuring long shelf-life.
If you believe your film is somehow faulty please email us with details.
 

Please note, we can not accept returns or exchanges for film that has been opened, loaded into your camera or otherwise used.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, all items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must pay any return shipping costs.
 

Please note, all returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong item ordered are purely at the discretion of Forever Film Co.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns, only store credits.

If the item or packaging is in any way damaged, eg ripped open, it may limit our ability to re-sell the item, and thus a return is not possible.
